| Abstract: | Student management work is an important section in college administration. With regard to the current situation and existing problems in present student management work, this paper analyzes the urgency and feasibility of adoption of Humanity Hypothesis Theory in student management work, systematically elaborates the application pattern of Humanity Hypothesis Theory in student management work, and discusses possible solutions for practical problems. |
