| 摘 要： | 女性暴力犯罪是现代社会的一个世界性话题，女性暴力犯罪既有心理、生理层面的内因，也有家庭、社会的外因；要真正解决女性暴力犯罪必须努力提高女性文化素质和技能、净化社会环境，特别是道德环境、制定《反家庭暴力法》、构建现代女性暴力犯罪的预测、监控和预防机制。

| Abstract: | Female violence crime is a worldwide topic in modern society.It has not only psychological and physiological internal causes,but also has such external causes as society and family.Solving the female violence crimes needs enhancing the cultural qualities and skills of the female,purifying social environment,especially moral environment,formulating the Law Against Family Violence,constructing the system of prediction,monitoring and prevention of female violence crimes. |
