关于伪满洲国的文化监管法规

Culture Regulation in Puppet Manchuria

With the founding of the Manchurian government,Japan carried out the policy of enslavement in the northeast of China.Any cultural product which threatened "the foundation" of Puppet government was forbidden to produce and diffuse.This cultural control was implemented on a series of regulations,such as the "Publication Law" and "Banning Film Rules",etc.This paper analyzes the formulating purpose and the implementing results of these legislations,especially the retroactive provisions,terms of printing locations in the "Publication Law" and terms of child protection in "Banning Film Rules",and ultimately reveals the nature of the colonial power.
