| 摘 要： | 在我国使用技术侦查手段是合理的,有立法的必要性。英国、美国、法国和日本的立法中就有许多关于技术侦查的规定。建国以来,我国也对技术侦查工作制定了一系列政策、法律和法规,但都过于原则化不利于操作,因而,有必要借鉴国外的经验,在刑事诉讼法中对其加以规制。

| Abstract: | Promoting the course be ruled by law of the technical investigating measures is necessity,which administers a country by law,ensures smooth development of technical investigation and exposes effectively the criminal purpose by the evidence of getting from the technical investigation on the court legitimately and openly.By comparative study of technical investigating legislation and practice from Britain?America?Franch andJapan,by the review of technical investigating measures and legislation in our country,we can find the defect and formulate the rule by the legislation. |
