| 摘 要： | 素质教育是当前教育改革的主导方面。积极推进素质教育,培养和造就适应新时期社会发展需要的高素质人才,是摆在高校教育工作者面前的一项重大课题。文章针对当前大学生就业压力不断增大,就业形势比较严峻的情况,就如何通过加强素质教育,提高大学生自身的综合素质,向社会提供合格的有用人才,促进大学生顺利择业与就业进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The quality education is the leading way of current educational reformation. It is a great job for teaching staff to push quality education actively and training persons with high ability to accommodate to the economic and societal development nowadays. Aimed at the increasing pressure and severe condition of obtaining a job ,the article indicates how to provide eligible persons select and obtain employment successfully by strengthening quality education , enhancing general level of present college students. |
