食品安全监管困惑及其对策研究--以无证无照生产食品为例

摘    要:无证无照生产食品存在地点隐蔽不容易发现、食品原料采购来源不明、滥用添加剂、不经过任何检验程序、食品危害性大等特点,文章主要阐述目前我国政府监管部门对无证无照生产食品的监管现状、存在弊端进行分析,找出问题存在的根源。

Abstract:Producing food without license has characteristics as follows: the producing place is hard to find, purchase of raw food materials origin is unknown, additives are abused, there is no inspection procedure, and food is harmful. The author mainly described the present supervision status and the disadvantages of food pro- duction without license by the government supervision departments, trying to find the root of the problem.
