| 摘 要： | 为期两年的严打整治斗争已经结束.严打有力地整合了社会抑制犯罪的积极因素,凸现出非常时期严打手段的不可替代性,但同时也存在一些局限性和负效应.辩证分析严打整治,理性调整战略取向,对于巩固斗争成果,推进长治久安具有非常重要的意义.

| Abstract: | The severe attacking and renovation which suppressed the crime severely by combining the positive factors in society over two years.Therefore,it can't be substituted at unusual times.But there are some limitations and negative effects at the same time.So it has very important meanings for consolidating the struggle achievement and advancing the long-term stability that dialectical analysis on the severe attacking and renovation with rational adjustment and strategic orientation should be made. |
