| 摘 要： | 当前,山西省高职院校外语专业“双师型”师资力量建设薄弱,难以适应社会对应用型人才的需求。应当选择合适的行业领域,通过“产、学、研”相结合的教学模式,培养教师的第二行业素养,加强外语专业“双师型”师资建设,实现外语教学和第二行业教学的有机结合,提高教学效率。
