我国公务员职后从业限制制度的缺失与完善

摘    要:我国公务员职后从业限制制度的缺失直接导致了“官商旋转”、权力兑付、洗钱等腐败行为的出现,而且呈愈演愈烈的态势。这不仅破坏了政府公务员的清廉形象,同时还让公众对我国反腐工作产生质疑。因此,为了更好地规范公务员职后从业行为,同时为我国法制化反腐工作提供制度保障,必须尽快完善我国公务员职后从业限制制度。主要对策有:完善制度立法、退出机制、离职审计制度和惩罚机制,坚持法治和德治结合。
