| 摘 要： | 职业院校组织学生到用人单位进行教学实习和顶岗实习，是职业院校专业教学的重要内容。但学生顶岗实习期间遇到的意外伤害、报酬待遇、劳动时间等问题的处理，应从学校管理、政府监管以及相关法律的制定与完善入手，才能得到妥善解决。

| Abstract: | It is important content for vocational institutes to conduct professional teaching by sending students to finish on-post internship at employing units.During the course of internship,such problems as accidental hurt,salaries,and working hours etc.should be solved with the help of college management,government supervision as well as issuing and perfecting relative laws. |
