| 摘 要： | 法律入世主要是经济法入世,我国传统经济法的理念在调整对象、调整方法和法律体系等诸多方面与WTO规则都存在着明显的不一致。树立符合WTO规则的经济法新观念,对我国经济法进行重新定位,是我国入世后有效履行WTO规则义务的先决性条件,是构建和完善我国经济法法律体系、法学学科的基础和前提。

| Abstract: | That the law enters the WTO mainly means that an economic law enters th e WTO.It is inconsistent obviously between theories of the traditional economic law of our country existing with the WTO rules on many respects such as the targ et?the method and the legal system.Establishing new idea of economic law accordi ng with WTO the regulations and making a reorienfation for the economic law of o ur country again is the prerequisite quality condition to structure and perfect the legal system of economic law and prerequisite of law science discipline of o ur country. |
