| 摘 要： | 我国目前正处于社会各方面的转型期,新生事物层出不穷,因而需要加强立法的灵活性以适应转型社会经济快速发展的需要。为解决刑法典自身的稳定性与其对社会关系的适应性之间的矛盾,对于经济犯罪立法模式的完善已是刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | Our country is being placed in the transformation period of social everyone's noodles currently,the new-born thing piles up one after another,as a result needs to strengthen the vivid of lawmaking to transform the demand that the social economy develops quickly by orientation.In order to solve penal code and the stability of the oneself with the antinomy of its adaptability to social relation,is already urgent to economic crime-law making the perfect and Re-construct of the mode. |
