| Abstract: | There are always different meanings in understanding the effectiveness of the contract in practice. Many domestic scholars make that equal to the concept of becoming effective of the contract. But in fact, the meaning of the effectiveness of the contract is different from that of becoming effective of the contract. Becoming effective of the contract is only a form of the effectiveness of the contract. |
