| 摘 要： | 新形势下的禁毒主题是要努力解决国内毒品消费问题,遏制毒品发展蔓延的势头。为此要提高全民禁毒意识,开展创建“无毒社区”以及加强堵源截流,深入开展重点整治工作和加强国际禁毒合作;建立完善的情报信息系统,实现缉毒队伍专业化,保障禁毒经费,加强禁毒立法,完善侦查取证制度,防范毒品洗钱行为以及运用高科技武装缉毒部门。

| Abstract: | Current drug-prohibition work is to deal with domestic consumption of drugs and to contain the spreading tendency of drugs. To do the work well, it is important to promote national drug-prohibition awareness, to cut off the source of drugs, to strengthen the corporation with international drug prohibition. And it is equally significant to establish information system, to realize specialization of drug-seizing team, to perfect evidence-obtaining system and to arm the drug-seizing team with high technology. |
