论我国行政指导制度的完善

In China,administrative guidance in the government's macroeconomic control and social management playing an increasingly important role in China's administrative and legal system,it has become a modern administration and an important component of the reform modalities.However,my administrative guidance system,many problems still exist and there is an urgent need to address these issues in depth analysis,based on this,can we improve on our administrative guidance system for the structure:First,to cultivate awareness of modern administrative and increase administrative guidance concepts;Second,the establishment of the basic principles of administrative guidance;Third,a sound administrative guidance systems;Fourth,establishing administrative guidance relief system;Fifth,an administrative guidance procedures restraint mechanisms.
