| Abstract: | The author put forward some mechanism of lasting run and methods of the GWP based on discussion several operating mechanism have been required in the process of project implementation of GWP.Its aim is to promote university student volunteer to sever the GWP.And ensure the long development of the GWP.It also provided a theoretical basis for implement successfully of the GWP in the future. |
