关于改进新时期青少年榜样教育的思考

榜样教育是思想政治教育的一个重要组成部分,尤其对青少年来说,榜样教育能帮助他们确立最初的生活指向、给他们以奋进的力量和成长的动力,加速其社会化进程。但在新时期,榜样教育面临着严峻的挑战,青少年的社会价值观念开始从注重集体向关注个体转变,由崇尚理想向重视利益转变,从强调节俭向尊重享受转变,因此,新时期的青少年榜样教育必须认清榜样教育中的主客体关系,要选择多元化的榜样形象,要改进榜样教育的方式方法,要有针对性的树立榜样,要教育青少年正确对待榜样。
