我国青年人力资源开发的现状与对策

在知识经济时代,人才是最重要的资源,人力资源越来越为各国所重视,争夺人力资源已成为各国发展的一项策略。与其它国家人力资源相比,我国青年人力资源开发现状主要存在基础教育不足,青年劳动力素质偏低,城乡青年劳动力的就业矛盾,青年人力资源开发体系不健全四个方面的问题。因此,应实施积极的青年人力资源开发政策。

The Status Quo and Countermeasure to the Development of Human Resources

At the epoch of knowledge economy,people of talent is the most importa nt resource,and,that is taken more and more serious by many countries.Thus, scrambling human resource has become a policy for developing their countries.B y comparison,there are four principal phases in our country i.e.the inadeq uacy of elementary education,the lowside of quality among the young labour,the contradiction of ob-taining employment between the young labour in town and in country,the system of the development of hu-man resources being not perfec t.Therefore,developing policy of youth talent should be implemented active-l y.
