| 摘 要： | 素质教育是未来社会对人才需求的一个必然要求,是人才培养的一个重要方向。随着社会的不断发展,对素质教育的内涵也提出了更高的要求。对学生进行素质教育,不但要加强科学文化知识和专业技能以及心理素质的培养,在现代条件下更应注重政治素质、人文素质和创新素质的培养,造就新时期德智体美等全面发展的高素质优秀人才。只有这样,才能满足未来社会对人才的要求。

| Abstract: | Quality education is necessary for talents in future society,which is also an important direc-tion to train talents.Along the steps of time,the connotation of it needs to be improved.In modern times,the students not only need to be cultivated in scientific knowledge,professional skill and mental quality,but also be cultivated in politics,humanism and innovation so as to make fully developed high quality talents morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically to satisfy the needs for future society. |
