WTO态势下我国反行政垄断立法探析

行政垄断已成为我国市场经济发展的最大障碍,中国入世后,虽然行政垄断状况有所减轻,但几种典型的形式仍旧常见于报端,这种状况归因于我国目前行政垄断的立法现状。针对行政垄断的严重危害性及目前立法不足的现实,我国应尽快制定《反行政垄断法》。
