摘    要:随着信息网络的全球化,企业的生存竞争空间发生了很大变化,网络营销已渐成时尚并面临日益激烈的竞争。面对网络时代复杂多样的市场营销环境,企业只有正确分析网络营销的特点与优势、内外环境的变化,高度重视网络营销的基本策略,才能保证和提高竞争优势。

Abstract:With the globalization of information internet,the competitive s pace of enterprises has been changing greatly.The internet marketing has become a fashion and been facing heated competition.In various complicated marketing environment of the internet age,only by giving correct analysis on the charac teris-tics and advantages of internet marketing and attaching great importance to the principle strategies of in-ternet marketing,can an enterprise keep and enhance its competitive predominance.
