青少年弱势群体受精神虐待现象探析

青少年权益的维护与保障正在引起社会关注的今天,青少年弱势群体所受到的精神虐待现象不可忽视。究其原因,施虐者的心理异常无疑是导致其对青少年弱势群体进行精神虐待的重要原因。因此,我们必须从社会、家庭、学校等多方面入手,采取高层次、多环节的综合措施,预防、控制精神虐待现象的滋生蔓延,确保青少年健康成长。
