| Abstract: | Property system of marine resources in China mainly includes the ownership system of marine resources and the usufruct system of marine resources. Marine Resources Act, which should be guided by the sustainable development, be based on real right law and be accorded to specific economic attributes and ecological attributes of marine resources, build property system of marine resources in China. |
