| Abstract: | Competition law is the generic term of legal norm that nation regulates the market behaviors, promotes and maintains the fair competition. Antimonopoly law of China should take forbidding the administrative monopoly, regulating the trade monopoly and preventing unclassified monopoly as its aim. It must be definite that serious illegal monopoly is economic crime and the special institution of antimonopoly should be set up. |
