试论中国大陆初级形态的黑社会犯罪

目前 ,在中国大陆具备高级形态的完整黑社会组织尚不是多数。尽管大多数黑社会性质组织成员较固定 ,组织较严密 ,在一个地区拉帮结派、欺行霸市、胡作非为 ,以暴力聚敛财富 ,且注重将触角伸向党政、司法机关 ,不惜以金钱、美色收买腐蚀国家干部 ,营造“保护伞”。但与境外黑社会组织相比较 ,尚属于初级形态的黑社会组织。

On Offense at Primitive Stage by Gangland Organizations in Mainland of China

Nowadays there are few gangland organizations that have a mature form in China. As we know, most gangland organizations are characterized by standing members, close organization, local group for bullying others by violence to collect wealth, and being connected with political and judicial circles by bribery to get the umbrella, which is still at the primitive stage compared with those abroad.
