| 摘 要： | 根据近五年来福州市刑事犯罪活动的特点和规律,可以合理地预测今后刑事犯罪发展的趋势。应从经济社会全面协调发展的角度加以分析,并按照科学发展观的要求树立正确的政绩观,逐步健全完善客观务实的社会治安评估标准和体系。

| Abstract: | The future tendency of criminal act can be reasonably predicted with reference to its characteristics and regular pattern in recent five years in Fuzhou City.We should analyze it from an angle of all-sided,harmonious development in economic society,establish a correct concept of official achievements according to the requirements from the idea of scientific development so as to gradually perfect a objective,practical standard and system of evaluation for social security. |
