| 摘 要： | 公安执法工作中存在的一些不公正和不文明现象的原因是多方面的,但执法指导思想不端正则是最根本的思想根源。因此,端正执法指导思想,坚持执法为民,是当前亟待解决的重要课题。坚持执法为民,必须摒弃不良的执法思想;必须树立正确的执法观念;必须贯彻严格、公正、文明的原则。

| Abstract: | The reason of the inequitable and uncivil phenomena in police law enforcernent is various, but the improperness of law enforcement is the most essential foundation stone. So rectifying the law enforcement and persisting in the law enforcement for the people is an important task in dire need of settling. In order to persist in law enforcement for the people, we must get rid of the ill idea of law enforcement, erect the correct idea of law enforcement and carry out the strict, just and civilized principles. |
