| 摘 要： | 抢劫罪的承继犯,是指行为人开始实施抢劫行为而在抢劫行为尚未结束的过程中,他人与其形成意思联络,从而加入其中完成抢劫的共犯形态。承继犯的责任问题是客观存在的．既不能完全否定,也不能全面肯定。而应该有条件地承认。

| Abstract: | Robbery inheritance is committed acts of people began referring to the robbery in the robbery,and has not yet ended process,others with a means to contact them to join the completion of an accomplice robbed form. The responsibility of robbery inheritance is an objective reality,we can not entirely negative,can not be fully sure,but should be conditional recognition. |
