危机的宏观诱因及其微观治理缺陷

在经济转轨社会转型的过程中，危机潜在并可能频发。该文认为，危机的诱因在宏观层面上与经济、政治、文化紧密相关，具体表现在经济发展具有不均衡性、政治体制改革有待深化和传统道德文化体系的失稳上；在微观治理方面则存在着缺陷甚至于“治理真空”，主要表现在社会意识、机制与体制等方面。

During the process of economic and social transition,potential crisis may erupt at any time unexpectedly.The macro inducing factors of crisis is related to economy,politics and culture closely,manifested as imbalanced economic development,yet-to-be-deepened political reform as well as instability of traditional ethic and culture system.While in the practice of micro management,there have remained defects,sometimes even "management vacuum" in terms of social awareness,mechanism and system.
