| 摘 要： | 面临日益严重的生态危机 ,人类必须肩负起维护生态安全的责任 ,生态安全的维护要尊重自然秩序 ,因为它是一切秩序的基础。同时 ,为了保护生态安全 ,还必须建立全面控制机制 ,依靠法律维护人与自然的生态秩序 ,即建立生态法律秩序。

| Abstract: | Faced with increasingly serious ecological crisis, mankind must take on responsibilities of maintaining ecological safety. To that end, natural order needs to be respected, for it is the basis for all orders. At the same time, comprehensive controlling mechanism needs to be established so as to upkeep ecological orders between man and nature according to law, i.e., to establish an ecological legal order. |
