| 摘 要： | “三个代表”重要思想既是对马克思主义基本理论的继承和坚持,又体现了马克思主义与时俱进的创新精神。它以我们党的地位的变化为立足点,以国际环境的变化为着眼点,以国内环境的变化为出发点,构成了一个新的理论体系,以始终保持党和人民的血肉联系为最终落脚点。
