| Abstract: | The article will prove the dual status of workers' sitting in the board of directors and the board of supervisors through a theory study of the status of workers sitting in the board of directors and the board of supervisors and their status of property right's basis,interest basis,and legal basis.The article will also explore to seek a theory basis of building the system of workers' sitting in the board of directors and the board of supervisors in order to give full play to trade unions' role of them. |
