| 摘 要： | 市场化改革以来 ,我国国有企业劳动关系发生了深刻的变化 ,传统体制下形成的劳动关系的均衡状态已被打破 ,新的劳动关系正在逐渐形成 ,劳动者在国有企业中的地位随着企业产权的清晰而被重新确定 ,但国有企业新的劳动关系的均衡状态的实现则有赖于对劳动者权益的真正确认。
