| 摘 要： | 工会开展思想政治工作具有三个优势:职能优势、组织优势、阵地优势。工会工作者应该发挥四个作用:当好支持改革的带头人、当好企业利益和职工权益的维护人、当好参政议政的代言人、当好提高职工素质的教育人。

| Abstract: | The ideological and political work by trade unions has three advantages: function, organization and position. The union officials should play four roles: take the lead to support the reform, protect the rights and interests of workers and staff members and the interests of enterprises, participate in politics and educate to improve the qualities of the workers and staff members. |
