| 摘 要： | 我国垄断性行业是国有经济特别是中央国有大型企业最为集中的领域,自然垄断与制度性垄断交混而使得改革异常艰难.我国垄断性产业的进入壁垒主要来于制度和行政性的,具有很强的内生性和整体性特征,打破行业垄断,关键在于推进市场化改革.
