社会工作教育者在社会福利社会化过程中的多元化角色定位

由于时代的变迁、社会的发展和福利国家福利模式的种种弊端，使得社会福利社会化的福利模式被世界许多国家选择和实施，我国也不例外。社会福利社会化要求社会各方共担责任，并扮演相应的角色。社会工作教育者“身在处境中，责无旁贷”，故要扮演相应的多元化的角色，即教育者、研究者、政策影响者和实务者等。而要扮演好多元化的角色，需要一定的角色意识和角色能力作为前提条件。在社会福利社会化的过程中，社会工作者多元化角色的扮演具有一定的意义和功能。

On the Role Diversity of Social Work Educator in the Socialization of Social Welfare

Socialization of social welfare has been chosen and put into effect in many countries due to the social changes and the malpractice of welfare mode in the welfare states. In China, the socialization entails duties on different parts of the whole society and a social work educator is certainly duty-bound. The role diversity of a social work educator denotes an educator, a researcher, an influence in policy and a social worker. The role awareness and ability is a prerequisite for effective role playing which is an important and functional job in the process of the socialization of social welfare.
