摘    要:我国新制定的《劳动合同法》和《就业促进法》正式施行是事关人民群众切身利益、企业规范管理和经济又好又快发展大局的法律保障,现实生活中经常存在的企业与劳动者之间不签劳动合同、滥设试用期、无故拖欠工资、经常加班加点的侵权行为就会得以制止,更促使了我国经济与社会科学化、法制化、规范化的发展进入了新阶段。因此,可以说,我国人力资源新法规的实施具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Our country has recently formulated "labour law" and "employment advance law",which benefits the masses and enterprise management.There is a common phenomenon in realistic life that enterprises have no labor contract,exceed probation period,default ages with no reasons let workers work overtime.Thus,th essay mainly lays stress on carrying out legal system management,standardization operation as well as implement background.
