浅议非传统安全视野下的世博安保工作

近年来，非传统安全已经取代传统安全成为学术研究的热点，也成为各国普遍面临的一个十分紧迫的政策和实践问题。2010年上海世博会日益临近，在非传统安全问题越来越突出的形势面前，上海公安机关必须未雨绸缪，早做准备，积极应对非传统安全给世博安保工作带来的挑战，确保世博会期间的公共安全与社会稳定。
