社会主义市场经济体制的诚信理念是当代大学生在未来社会发展中的安身立命之本。俗话说：人无信不立，市无信不兴，国无，信不强。诚信作为一项为人处世的基本准则，已经成为社会文明、经济繁荣和国家强盛的重要标志。面对全球经济一体化的挑战，我国的市场竞争能力不仅表现在产品和服务的质量与价格上，还应凸显在信用美誉上。由此，高校倡导诚信教育、培育诚信观念、强化诚信意识、重铸诚信品质，以建构当代大学生的信用文化体系业已成为迫在眉睫的研讨课题。
