| 摘 要： | 我国人事行政公开是行政公开制度的一项重要内容.本文试通过对目前我国人事行政公开制度的现状与存在问题的反思,初步探讨建立我国人事行政公开制的可能性和必要性.并围绕公务员知情权的权建与完善这一核心问题,说明建立我国人事行政公开制度对于保障公务员基本合法权益,促使我国人事行政管理早日真正实现法制化管理的重要性价值和现实意义.

| Abstract: | Publicity of personnel administration is an important part in the syste m of administration publicity in our country.This article discusses the possibil ity and necessarity to set up our system of publishing personnel administration by reflecting upon actualities and problems in our recent publicity of personnel administration.At the same time,centering on how to design and perfect civil se rvant's right to learn the truth,this article explains that setting up the syste m of publish personnel administration has the important value and practical sign ificance for ensuring civil servant's legal rights and urging our personnel admi nistration to manage by law. |
