| Abstract: | The development path of intellectual property with Chinese characteristics has experienced three strategic transformations,and is now entering the stage of building China into an intellectual property giant. The overall strengthening of IPR protection in the new era should revolve around "Five Major relationships"proposed by General Secretary XI Jinping,and the future IP work should be planned from seven perspectives,including strengthening top-level design,improving the level of rule of law,reinforcing full-chain IP protection,deepening mechanism reform,coordinating and promoting international IP cooperation and competition,maintaining national security and consolidating the basis of IPR protection. This is not only the conclusion of past experience,and also the only road towards the construction of an innovative and powerful modernized socialist country. |
