| 摘 要： | 随着我国工业化进程的加快,农民工的社会保障问题受到普遍关注.然而,我国当前的社会保障法律制度还存在着许多问题,对农民工的保护遇到了很多困难,因此构建一个以社会保险为基础、以社会救助和社会福利为补充的农民工社会保障体系,对于维护农民工的基本权益、改革整个社会保障体系有着重大的意义.
