| 摘 要： | 在加强和改进师德建设过程中,我们必须找准师德建设的着力点、切入点和落脚点。长沙民政职业技术学院在这方面做了一些有益的尝试,把提高教师的教学能力作为师德建设的着力点,把增强课堂教学的实效作为师建设的切入点,把促进学生的全面发展作为师建设的落脚点。

| Abstract: | On strengthening and improving Teachers' Morality,we should look for the point of exerting all one's strength,the point of setting to one's strength and the point of destination of our strength.Changsha Social Work College has done some attempts to raise teaching ability as the point of exerting all our strength,to enhance teaching substantial results in class as the point of setting our strength and to promote students all-round development as the point of destioation of our strength. |
