| 摘 要： | 全力维护农村稳定,是推进我区社会主义新农村建设的前提和基础。认真落实党对农村的各项政策,维护农民的物质利益;依据建设法治国家的要求,加强民族地区农村法制建设;按照民族区域自治的总体要求,加强农村基层组织建设;正确发挥舆论导向在维护农村社会稳定中的作用。
