| Abstract: | The juvenile procuratorial public interest litigation system is a new path for the protection of minors and a new field for the expansion of procuratorial public interest litigation.The revision of the juvenile protection law in 2020 provides a clear legal basis for the construction of the system.As a new system,the juvenile procuratorial public interest litigation system has deficiencies in both theory and practice.In the new era,we should seek new ways to protect minors inside and outside the procuratorial organs by combing the macro structure and improving the mechanism of handling cases on the basis of amending the law,so as to better realize the judicial protection of minors’rights and interests. |
