兔F型多杀性巴氏杆菌的分离鉴定及其致病性

对从山东某獭兔养殖场病死仔兔肺中分离的1株疑为巴氏杆菌菌株进行了菌落形态学观察及培养特性、革兰氏染色、生化反应、仔兔致病性回归试验、小鼠毒力试验,并采用PCR方法对该分离株进行了种属及荚膜血清型鉴定。结果显示,该分离菌株革兰氏染色阴性,生化试验及PCR鉴定结果显示为F型多杀性巴氏杆菌,能引起獭兔仔兔肺出血、坏死,并致部分仔兔死亡。表明该分离菌株为比较少见的兔F型多杀性巴氏杆菌。

Isolation,identification and pathogenicity of Pasteurella multocida serogroup F from rabbits

A strain of suspicious Pasteurella multocida was isolated from the lung of young rabbit,which was collected from a rabbit farm in Changyi of Weifang province,and identified by colonial morpho-logy,culture characteristic,Gram staining,biochemistry reaction,pathogenicity regression test on young rabbits and virulence test of mouse,then the strain was identified by species-specific and capsule serological type PCR.The results indicated that the strain was Gram-negative.And biochemistry reaction and PCR results showed that the strain was serogroup F P.multocida,which caused lung hemorrhage and necrosis of young rabbits,and lethiferous to part of rabbits.Therefore,the results showed that the strain was a rare P.multocida serotype F of rabbit.
