关于加强丽江旅游景区公安警务工作的思考

旅游业已成为我区经济发展的支柱产业之一。但从旅游警务情况看 ,还存在着执法主体与执法范围的矛盾、景区公安民警配置不适应、警务工作统一性协调性差 ,民警素质偏低等问题。要促进旅游业提质增效 ,就必须规范旅游行业管理和市场管理 ,改革旅游景区 (景点 )公安警务体制、创建具有旅游特色的公安警务体系 ,建立“联合执法体系”。

Tourism is one of economic pillors in Li Ji ang prefecture,but the police affairs in LiJiang prefecture contain the contradiction among the law enforcement subject and the law enforceme nt scope irrational police force disposition irregular coordination an d unity of police affairs, and lower policemen qualities etc;To develo p tourism in LiJiang county,it shall be proposed to standardize the m anagement of tourism trade and strengthen tourism market management to reform police affairs institution in sceneic spots,to establish the n ew police affairs system full of tourism characteristics,and to establi sh the combined law enforcement system.
