从国际恐怖活动看我国的爆炸犯罪

当前 ,我国正进行一场重大的社会变革。社会矛盾得不到妥善解决造成一些人的心态失衡 ,国内外的民族问题、宗教问题引发的恐怖活动、暴力犯罪日益突出。恐怖活动多以爆炸犯罪为主的原因主要有 :效果明显 ,成本低、安全。我国爆炸犯罪的特点是 :诱因从单一向多元转变等七个方面。应采取的对策有 :① .加强各国间的联系 ;②加强立法 ;③加强专业队伍建设 ;④强化情报信息的收集与反馈 ;⑤建立相应的教育培训制度 ,传授打击爆炸犯罪的知识。

Terror Crime caused by nationalities, religion Problems both at home and abroad are increasing. The reasons why most of terror action are explosion crime are as follows; obvious result,low cost , safety.The feature of explosion crime in our country :The cause is changing from simplification to plurality and other seven items.countermeasures on the crime: 1.To enhance exchange of each countries; 2. To strenghthen legislation; 3.To promote professional contigent; 4.To establish educating and training system which educate fighting skill against explosion crime; 5.To strengthen collecting and feedbacking information.
