| 摘 要： | 计划经济体制下形成的对境外人员实行定点住宿管理模式远远滞后于飞速发展的经济形势。改进对境外人员的管理工作模式 ,应从取消涉外定点住宿做起。取消涉外定点住宿限制后 ,境外人员临时住宿登记申报可分三个层次 :中高档宾馆饭店的临时住宿登记申报沿用计算机录入传输方法 ;城区一般旅店住宿登记申报由辖区派出所负责 ;乡镇旅店、村民家中住宿登记申报由乡 (镇 )派出所负责。

| Abstract: | The pattern of fixed accommodation managemen t to foreigners produced under the planned economy has far fallen beh ind the present situation To improve the management of the field, We should begin with cancelling fixed accommodation to foreigners There fore, the register of foreigners temporary accommodation should cover t he following three sides:To record and transit register information by computer in the medium and senior hotels; police station are respons ible for the register of accommodation in average hotels within the c ity; rural or town police station for the inns or accommodation in t he resident's house in their jurisdiction |
