试论选人用人的哲学思考

毛主席说 :“政治路线确定之后 ,干部就是决定的因素。”江泽民总书记的“七·一”讲话和党的十五届六中全会作出的《中共中央关于加强和改进党的作风建设的决定》指出 :“坚持任人唯贤 ,是加强和必讲党的作风建设的组织保证。用什么人 ,不用什么人 ,对党的作风建设具有导向作用。”坚持用好的作风选人 ,选作风好的人。要实现这一目标 ,必须对选人用人进行哲学思考。笔者认为 :一是选人用人要全面坚持唯物主义的观点 ;二是选人用人要坚持发展变化的观点 ;三是选人用人要坚持系统的观点

On the Philosophic Consideration about Selecting Talents Working in the Offices

Chairman Mao said:"After the political way has been set,cardres will became the most important factor."The rule "Sticking to the principle of selecting talents can assure the improv ement of the style construction of the Party and guide it."has been pointed out by "July 1"speech addressed by Mr.Jiang Zemin,general-se cretary of the Chinese Communist Party and the decision"Strengthening and improving the style construction of the Party"made by the fitteen th-session sixth meeting of the Party.It needs a philosophic considerat ion about selecting talents to adhere to selecting in a good way and selecting talents with good style.The auther thinks that the followin g points should be upholded in selecting talents:the idea of materiali sm;the idea of changing;systematic idea.
